MINIMUM ORDER
We require a small minimum order of $75.00. Upon check-out, if the minimum has not been
met, the on-line store will remind you. This will allow you to continue shopping
or adjust quantities accordingly.
SHIPPING METHODS
Freight will be added to all invoices and is F.O.B. Colleyville, Texas. Our shopping
cart uses UPS as the default shipping method. It automatically calculates the correct
shipping costs based on your zip code. The maximum weight for UPS ground is 150 pounds;
therefore large shipments such as multiple bins and/or drawers be shipped via an
alternate shipping source. For these items only, we will contact you prior to shipping
with freight company and details such as tracking methods and costs. Your approval is
required prior to shipping.
BACK ORDERS
We strive to ship all orders 100% complete. However, on occassion there will be a part
not available for immediate shipment. In this case we will contact you as soon as
possible for your instructions. You will have the choice for us to either ship it
with back orders or wait until the order is complete. Any back orders will be shipped
to you at no additional charge.
RETURNS
As mentioned earlier, we only supply top-notch products from name brand companies you
know and trust. However, if within 30 days from the date of purchase you are not
satisfied with the product you can return it. We will either re-send the shipment after
thorough inspection or we will offer you a prompt refund. Please contact us prior to
returning the product. Return via UPS or FedEx, as they have easy tracking methods for
you to verify its safe return.
